We sent our charter rig with six 420's and two Opti's to the Orange Bowl.

Fall 2010

As many of you know the University of New Hampshire sailing team and community had everything destroyed in a fire this past spring. We are proud to have been chosen to build their new fleet of 18 FJ's after working closely with our vendors to reduce the cost of the fleet. We were also on hand this fall for the new boat house ribbon cutting and got to wheel the first boat inside.

In a stark contrast to the day when we delivered Fordham, Columbia was raining nicely.  All went well, however, and the boats were commissioned and put on the dock in short order.

It was a mighty hot day in the city yesterday. Unfortunately after the boats were unloaded they were placed on racks to be safe until after Hurricane Earl passes by. We look forward to seeing you on the water next week!!!

Desire to be different? We're running a special this fall on custom spinnakers, just for you! Print out the attached photo of the panel layout and color choices, get out your coloring pencils and have at it. There are six main panels; 1 at the head to 6 at the foot.  Usually panels 1 & 2 are the same color, as are panels 5 & 6.  But all six can be different colors if you wish!  Orders placed by mid October will be delivered in time for Orange Bowl.  $365 delivered.  Call or email when you're ready!

Zim Sailing exhibits at the Newport International Boat Show September 17-20, 2009.  We couldn't have asked for better weather, clear blue skies all four days!.  Thanks to the many customers who stopped by to visit and check out the Opti's and Club 420.  There were plenty of admirers of our unique C420 build and rigging features!
