The Zim Pro C420 is the next generation of high performance Club 420’s.

Construction:

• Toughened resin and plexus bond for superior strength and durability
• Additional ribs placed in hull for a stiffer design
• New colored racing stripes on aft end of cockpit
• Optional colored rudder blades and center boards
• All through deck mounted hardware is supported by tapped aluminum backing plates built inside boat; no inspection ports necessary
• Shroud chain plate is a forged eye strap supported with an aluminum back-up bar under the rail

Hardware:

• Choice of Harken Carbo or Ronstan Orbit blocks and cleats
• No guy hooks, roller pin on shroud
• Tapered aluminum spinnaker pole
• Lower drag bailer
• Round traveler bar

Sails & Rigging:

• Class legal Club 420 sails made by North Sails
• Zim Race Rigging comes standard
• FSE Robline line package
• Small diameter Dyneema main halyard with a spliced rigging ball
• Spliced mainsheet bridle with single attachment
• Class maximum 16:1 Dyneema vang
• 2:1 rudder downhaul
• Pulley trapeze rings; both the handle and ring are independently height adjustable for gross and fine tuning
